A fragrant Junmai Daiginjo with rich rice umami and a complex character
This sake has an intriguing blend of sweet, sour, bitter and acidic notes yet it is balanced and soft. The slight acidity that you sense on your tongue fills your palate and then spreads the taste of the rice throughout your body creating a wonderful and soothing experience. As the sake is unfiltered, some rice components may remain in the bottle. It is unpasteurized so you will also sense the lively yeast notes.
