A distinctive Junmai Daiginjo with a clear “Ginjo” fragrance and tranquil clarity
This sake is brewed using the renowned “Yamada Nishiki” sake rice and you can clearly sense its “Ginjo” essence. On the nose, this essence is sweet and lingers but, on the palate, the taste is clean and crisp. As the sake is unfiltered, some rice components may remain in the bottle. It is unpasteurized so you will also sense the lively yeast notes.
