All our Kagura sakes are refrigerated at low temperatures. After aging over the summer, the sake slowly becomes more rounded leaving a fresh impression. We then mix several types of Kagura sakes that have matured during this period. The result is a sake that helps the body prepare for the coming winter feasting.
The Narai has a rich flavor that is easy to pair with various dishes including those with a more robust taste.
