This is a Junmai sake with pure gold leaf floating in the bottle that was specially brewed by the order of the Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion) Temple. It is used for various ceremonies held at Kinkakuji and has a crisp, clean taste that is soft and easy to pair with meals. Recommended for celebratory events.
